GUA SHA CRYSTALS

Our Gua Sha tools are carved from crystal and shaped for smooth, gliding movements. Each board includes different edges so you can gently massage the face, neck, chin, eye area, or legs. You can also use them on various acupressure points for added support. We also offer crystal Massage Mushrooms, which work wonderfully for deep tissue massage.

Gua Sha (pronounced gwah-shah) comes from ancient Chinese healing practices. The technique involves gliding the tool across the skin to encourage circulation. This simple motion is said to support the body in several ways, including:

  • breaking up stagnant energy (qi or chi) and reducing inflammation

  • encouraging healing and wellbeing

  • easing muscle pain and tension

  • helping break down connective tissue

  • improving joint mobility
