At EarthSynergy we pride ourselves on providing quality products, and all of our stock is inspected and tested before leaving our premises.
However if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please contact us via email email@example.com in the first instance.
We are happy to refund or replace any items for the following reasons:
- The product is faulty or
- The product is not fit for the purpose or
- The product does not match the description
To receive a refund it must fit the above criteria and you must return it to us in its original packaging, within 14 days of the purchase with proof of purchase and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
EarthSynergy does not offer refunds if you change your mind once you have received the product. However if you are unhappy with the product you can return it and we can exchange or arrange a credit on our website for the original purchase price (excluding postage) if returned within 14 days from original order, provided it is in its original saleable condition.
EarthSynergy provides a further 6 month fault warranty on Amber Teething Jewellery, provided the item has been cared for as per the instructions in the booklet that comes with the product, and has not been subjected to any forceful or damaging treatment.
Items returned outside the 14 day timeframe
All goods may be exchanged for a website credit note within four weeks from date of purchase provided the goods have not been used and are in their original packaging. You can arrange an exchange of items by contacting us through emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your receipt of purchase. Exchanges sent back to us via post or couriers are at the expense of the customer.
Cancellation of order
Contact us immediately if you have incorrectly ordered and paid for something from EarthSynergy and we can cancel the order and arrange a refund
EarthSynergy strives to send out orders on the day the payment has been processed. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we will dispatch your order.
EarthSynergy gladly accepts overseas orders, but they must be shipped to a New Zealand address.
$4.00 Aramex Couriers – standard address delivery 1-3 working days
$4.00 NZ Post – PO Box delivery – 1-3 days
$7.90 NZ Post – Rural delivery – 3-7 working days
$8.90 NZ Post – Rural Delivery with tracking – 3-7 working days
Please allow 1-7 working days for delivery (depending on shipping option). During times of high order volume and public holidays this delivery period may take longer. This is also subject to stock availability.
The timing for delivery of services ordered from us will be as specified on our website or as agreed by us and you. We will not be liable for any delays in delivery of goods or services.
We will gladly accept overseas orders, but they must be shipped to a New Zealand address, and GST will still apply.
Orders generally take 1-7 working days to be delivered. All orders will be delivered by either Aramex Couriers or NZ Post (for PO Box & Rural delivery). Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, including a Track & Trace number for your package (if it is sent via Aramex). To track your delivery once we have advised you it has been sent, please go to https://www.aramex.co.nz/tools/track and enter your tracking reference.
If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at email@example.com. For us to help you quickly, please include your order number in any correspondence.
All goods and services sold by us to you are sold on the terms of trade set out below. We may at any time vary these terms of trade. These terms of trade may not otherwise be varied unless agreed by us in writing. In these terms of trade, references to “we”, “our” or “us” are references to EarthSynergy and references to “you” and “your” are references to the customer.
You will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms of trade when you confirm an order for goods or services by clicking on the “SUBMIT” button or “I ACCEPT” button. Once your order has been accepted by us this will constitute a binding contract for the supply of the goods or services on these terms of trade.
Price and Payment
For all goods or services ordered by you, you must pay the price for the goods or services specified on our website at the time your order is accepted by us. All payments are to be made by either Bank deposit through your own bank BNZ, or via credit card through secure payment gateway Stripe.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST (being tax levied in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985 and includes tax levied in substitution for such tax) You will pay all other applicable taxes, import duties, levies or tariffs which may be payable (if any).
Property and risk in goods ordered by you from us will pass to you upon delivery of the goods to your specified delivery address for the relevant order.
The copyright and other intellectual property rights in the material contained in this website are protected by EarthSynergy. Any reproduction or use of any of the contents of this website without the express written consent of EarthSynergy is prohibited.
Subject to the provisions of this clause, to the extent permitted by law:
– all warranties, representations and guarantees (whether express, implied or statutory) are excluded;
– we will not be liable for any indirect losses or consequential damages of any kind suffered or incurred by you; and
– we limit our liability to the replacement, or replacement cost and the delivery cost, of the relevant goods at our option.
If you are not acquiring goods or services from us for business purposes, you may have rights and remedies under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in which case the above exclusions and limitations (and any other provisions in these terms of trade which limit or exclude the rights and remedies available to you) will not apply to the extent these are inconsistent with your rights and remedies under that Act. If you are acquiring goods or services from us for business purposes, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply.
