All of our lovely massage crystals are carved into shapes which are helpful for different types of massage. Not only do you receive the benefits of a smooth surface during massage, but you also receive the benefits of the specific crystal you have chosen.

GUA-SHA CRYSTALS

These lovely Gua-sha massage tools carved from crystal, are very smooth to the touch and therefore make a perfect massage tool.

• Gua sha boards are purposefully carved with different edges which can be used to massage the face, neck, chin, eye, face, leg as well as using on acupressure points.
• We also have Massage Mushrooms which are a perfect tool for deep tissue massage.

Gua-sha (pronounced gwah-shah) is an ancient Chinese alternative therapy that involves rubbing your skin with a massage tool to improve your circulation.

Gua-Sha massage is said to help with the following things
