EARTHSYNERGY RETURNS AND REFUNDS INFORMATION
At EarthSynergy we pride ourselves on providing quality products, and all of our stock is inspected and tested before leaving our premises.
However if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please contact us via email kirsty@earthsynergy.co.nz in the first instance.
We are happy to refund or replace any items for the following reasons:
- The product is faulty or
- The product is not fit for the purpose or
- The product does not match the description
To receive a refund it must fit the above criteria and you must return it to us in its original packaging, within 14 days of the purchase with proof of purchase and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
EarthSynergy does not offer refunds if you change your mind once you have received the product. However if you are unhappy with the product you can return it and we can exchange or arrange a credit on our website for the original purchase price (excluding postage) if returned within 14 days from original order, provided it is in its original saleable condition.
EarthSynergy provides a further 6 month fault warranty on Amber Teething Jewellery, provided the item has been cared for as per the instructions in the booklet that comes with the product, and has not been subjected to any forceful or damaging treatment.
Items returned outside the 14 day timeframe
All goods may be exchanged for a website credit note within four weeks from date of purchase provided the goods have not been used and are in their original packaging. You can arrange an exchange of items by contacting us through emailing kirsty@earthsynergy.co.nz with your receipt of purchase. Exchanges sent back to us via post or couriers are at the expense of the customer.
Cancellation of order
Contact us immediately if you have incorrectly ordered and paid for something from EarthSynergy and we can cancel the order and arrange a refund.
PLEASE NOTE
The exception to the refundable items are the Yoni Eggs and Yoni Wands for the fact that they are designed for intimate use. Please ensure you have done your research about these before you purchase them as they will not be granted a refund if you change your mind about them.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kirsty@earthsynergy.co.nz.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kirsty@earthsynergy.co.nz to discuss this.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM
Before you return your product, please email us to discuss this. Then you should ensure it is carefully packaged to avoid breakages and mail it to:
EarthSynergy, 142 Nuffield Ave, Marewa, Napier 4110.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
