We have chosen the following crystals as according to folklore they all help with soothing nightmares.

CHRYSOPRASE lifts oppressive and recurrent images, preventing nightmares especially in children. Calming Chrysoprase brings a sense of security and trust. It creates openness to new situations and turns your attention to positive events.
MANGANO CALCITE is a heart crystal in contact with the angelic realm, that is said to prevent nightmares. It heals nervous conditions and lifts tension and anxiety. Pink Calcites loving energy gently dissolves resistance.
PREHNITEÂ serene green prehnite alleviates nightmares, phobias, and deep fears. It seals the auric field in a protective shield of divine energy, calming the environment and bringing peace and protection.
