SOBRIETY SUPPORT CRYSTAL BRACELET
This lovely sobriety support bracelet combines Amethyst, Lepidolite & Clear Quartz. Amethyst & Lepidolite have properties that according to crystal folk-lore, help support sobriety. They are said to help increase self control, and support you in saying no to drinking and other overindulgences. We have included Clear Quartz in this mix as it is a Master healer and amplifies the healing properties of other crystals.
This crystal combination is also said to help ease feelings of anxiety.

RITUAL
Similar to a meditation, the ritual consists of finding a quiet space where you will not be disturbed. You then place your bracelet on and repeat which ever affirmation/s resonate with you.
