SOBRIETY SUPPORT CRYSTAL BLEND
Each of these supportive crystals have properties that according to crystal folk-lore, help support sobriety. They are said to help increase self control, and support you in saying no to drinking and other overindulgences.

RITUAL
Similar to a meditation, the ritual consists of finding a quiet space where you will not be disturbed. You then hold your crystals in your hands or place them around you in a circle and repeat which ever affirmation/s resonate with you.
